Rules and Restrictions!
Rules:
Writers and artists can claim up to 3 prompts, including a self-prompt (3 claims in total)Sharing of WIPs are allowed as long as there is no giveaway about what prompt it is aboutRestricted themes:
Pedophilia/underage sex, incest, beastiality, non-consensual sex/rape
Allowed themes:
mpreg, cisswap, boypussy, extreme kinks, dark themes & dub-con. These are only allowed if they are tagged. All tropes and themes are allowed.Works can be SFW or NSFW.Because of the content allowed in this fest, no minors will be allowed to be a part of this fest.

Creators are allowed the opportunity to drop out.You can drop out at any moment during the fest - please fill in the drop out form if you do wish to do so. The drop out form will become available once claiming starts.
Once you drop out the prompt will become available for other creators to claim, so you won’t be able to submit your work for that previously claimed prompt if another creator does claim it
Guidelines for Artists!
Vminkook must be the main pairing in the art.
Original characters/other idols aren’t allowed.
Artists must have a twitter account to participate in the fest.
Art must respect fest restrictions, do wants and do not wants of the prompter
Possible triggers need to be mentioned

Guidelines for Writers!
Writers must have an ao3 account and twitter account, as well as a valid email address.
Works must be posted on ao3, have at least 2000 words and be in English.
WIPS are allowed and must meet the minimum word count.
Writers can choose to remain anonymous.
Confirmations and check-ins will be done via email. If the two check-ins are missed we will assume that you no longer wish to partake in the fest and drop your claim.
Extensions are allowed. However, if you requested an extension and you do not answer emails/dm’s from the mods within a week after extensions are due, your claim will be dropped.Click here for the writer claiming form.Click here for info about Check-Ins and Extensions.
Guidelines for Prompters!
Vminkook must be the main pairing, as well as the endgame pairing.
You can prompt up to 15 prompts.
Prompts must respect fest guidelines.
Prompts cannot be a continuation of existing work.
Prompts must include TW or CW if necessary (eg. TW: drugs)
Prompts must include the prompters Do Wants and Do Not Wants.
Prompters must refrain from asking for too specific plots as it can restrict the writer.
Prompts can also be in the form of a moodboard.

Guidelines for Claiming!
For WritersWriters must have an ao3 account to claim the prompts and can claim up to 3 prompts (this includes one self-prompt)
If a writer wishes to claim more prompts, the first 3 must be submitted before more prompts can be claimed.
A prompt can be claimed only once - first come first serve (claim and fill the form)
Writers must fill the claiming form after claiming on ao3 with all the requested information so we can contact you when needed
Writers who don’t fill out the claiming form within 48 hours will have their claims deletedClick here for the writer claiming form.For ArtistsArtists must have a Twitter account to participate.
Artists do not have to claim prompts on ao3 for art submissions - only the artist claiming form will need to be filled in.
Artists can claim up to three prompts (this includes one self-prompt)
If an artist wishes to claim more prompts, the first 3 art pieces must be completed before more prompts can be claimed.

Check-Ins and Extensions!
About Check-InsCheck-Ins will happen via email, so when claiming make sure to provide a valid email address.
No progress is required for check-ins. The check-ins are to see if you’re still interested in fulfilling your claim, or if you have any questions or requests from the mods.
Creators who don’t answer their check-ins will have their claims deleted at the end of the second missed check-in period
If you update or change your contact information let us know via email or dms.
About ExtensionsExtensions will be allowed as long as the mods are informed during one of the check-in periods.
Second round due date for extensions is 28 July 2024.
